i was thrilled with the hotel's convenient location and accessibility! the rooms were clean and cozy, perfectly adapted for people with disabilities. there was a great tv, an electric kettle, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, hand and body cream, and even an iron available. all the essential amenities!
There was no bottled water provided in the bedroom and only two mismatched small glasses were available. finding a vending machine selling bottled water proved impossible. There was just a water dispenser in the downstairs bar, which i presumed was tap water. i would have appreciated the option of some filtered water.

I found the location convenient. The hotel's proximity to the terminal made my early flight stress-free! The room was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The staff were responsive and helpful with all requests. I especially appreciated the quick check-in process.
The coffee served at breakfast was quite weak and didn't have much flavor. The coffee machine could definitely use an upgrade, or perhaps a different blend of coffee beans would improve the taste. I hope they consider this .

The hotel is close to the North Terminal, nice for a very short walk to check-in. The proximity to the airport is a major advantage, particularly for early morning departures. Getting to the terminal was very easy.

the room was a good size (perfect for a short stay). it had modern facilities and provided easy access from the north terminal. the location was fantastic, very convenient for gatwick travels.
the cooked section breakfast items were only lukewarm.
